About The Project
Homelink Network System (HLK) is a web-based, proprietary software managed by Don Bosco YaR Forum to capture, document, and track information on children at risk across India. It operates through two platforms—homelink.in and missingchildsearch.net (developed in association with UNICEF)—and is supported by 277 network partners, including NGOs, government homes, police, and Child Welfare Committees across 15 States and UTs. The system enables real-time data sharing, generates instant reports, and helps locate and restore missing children quickly, supporting effective follow-up and child restoration efforts nationwide.​

For Don Bosco Ashalayam, it is the Kolkata Hub that links children with various services available for the betterment. Homelink Network focuses on data-driven management:
