Fit Facility

The Fit Facility center at Don Bosco Ashalayam is an important part of DBA's holistic approach, as it helps to promote the physical and emotional health of the children in our care. This program also helps them to build their self-confidence, self-esteem, and social skills.

Fit facility center, with due sanctions from the child welfare committee, offers care and protection for the rescued children who are lost,  running away, or being trafficked. This is a 24-hour crisis management center to complement the Howrah Railway Childline. While being in the center, they are given all the support needed to combat the trauma they have experienced: healthcare, shelter, nutrition, and counseling support. It extends its support to the local police for the care and protection of the children. It has welcomed 256 children during the last year.
